This week on the Music Hour, we’ll be celebrating the Divine Girl-Child. While living in rape culture is dangerous for all females, it is especially perilous for our girl babies, toddlers and children, so I wanted to remember them this next hour. Those of us who have survived girlhood and those who are still fighting to survive all over the planet: may these songs move you and radiate out through time and space to protect and comfort all girls, past present and future until male supremacy is eradicated.
