WLRN’s Nile Pierce recently spoke with Trista Hendren, co-editor of Single Mothers Speak on Patriarchy, an anthology of 45 women from around the world who speak their truth about the unique experiences they face through stories, poetry, art, and commentary. Trista is also the author of the Girl God books – a series of stories that celebrate the Divine Feminine. This interview covers a range of topics including the release of the book, an upcoming anthology called The Abuse After the Abuse: How Men Use Money to Destroy Women, raising strong children as a single mother, navigating social stigma, and Trista’s own personal story.
Wow – thank you women for a great interview and the book sounds like it’s past time for these truths. Thank you 🙂
